Scott started his college education at University
of Miami and played center field on the baseball
team. To pursuer an early desire for business experience, Scott
transferred to Indiana University to attend its renowned Business School
where he graduated Beta Gamma
Sigma (honors in business).
Scott started his real business experience while still in school when he
was elected the Concert Coordinator for the school. Scott immediately
packaged the Universities production capabilities and aggressively
competed against Market Square Arena in Indianapolis. He quickly drew
attention when he landed the Rolling Stones. Much success followed that
included The Who, Rod Stewart, Jethro Tull, Chicago, and many other
world class acts.
Upon graduating, while contemplating a career in the
business end of the music industry, Scott started investing in real
estate and a business
component of his career was started. Scott quickly moved
to Phoenix to invest in the booming land business and refined the art of
the double escrow.
As his projects grew, he turned to development and built the first
Wal-Mart in Arizona and prospered in the commercial development
business. Scott investments included luxury real estate and other
projects.
